Farm-Fresh Dining on the Pier
Farm-to-table dining gets a city twist when Chef Helene Henderson brings her celebrated Malibu Farm concept to the Seaport District at Pier 17.
Malibu Farm is all about the simplicity of home cooking and bringing people together for feel-good meals that taste like real food. The concept began humbly, with casual, locally-sourced dinners at Henderson’s home. Soon, she opened a counter-service café and flagship restaurant on the Malibu Pier, followed by outposts in Newport Beach, Montecito, Cabo, Miami and Lanai. Now, New Yorkers can get a taste of Henderson’s signature dishes, bursting with organic vegetables and ethically sourced ingredients.
Malibu Farm at Pier 17 will offer California favorites, including Henderson’s Swed-Ish Meatballs and Fish Tacos, along with new dishes and specials inspired by Chef collaborations alongside local artisans and farmers.
Malibu Farm’s prime position on the water with Brooklyn Bridge views makes it perfect for al fresco gatherings. The restaurant features a sleek, city design with large communal tables, a bar, and expansive indoor-outdoor seating.
